Dear Vincent,

I hope you and your family dealing well with covid virus. I wish the best to all the people of your country.

I would like to inform me – If I remember well from one meeting (crown assessment, Level I plots) you are ozone expert for Spain and due to the fact, that Dr Baloutsos who was responsible for all the activities of Level II plots, has retired- about the following report.

Baloutsos, G., Kaoukis, K., Skouteri, As. and Karetsos, G., 2002. Assessment of ozone concentrations and injury in forest species of Greece : Field work and preliminary results. Workshop on ‘’Assessment of Visual Injury’’, Nice, France, 25-27 Sept. 2002, pp : 13.

The research team has this unofficial report (that was prepared as deliverable) and uses the above mentioned reference.

Are you familiar if there is an official report that includes it (or part of it) or minutes/proceedings of this workshop.

Kind regards

Asimina Skouteri

 Hello,

Thank you very much for your quick response.

I will check this link and I hope your proposal to be succesful as well. I will see whether I have good photos with ozone symptoms, because here ozone beckground levels are not so high. This make the recognition of ozone injury very difficult task, especially for a person like me who is not a specialist in this area. I will be very happy to hear from you some useful tips.

Best wishes,
Georgi

In this regard I was told that there at CEAM is set annual workshop about ozone injuries on tree species.

My request is to give me some info about this event if it possible.

I will be very grateful to hear some info about this event.

Thanks in advance.
