The Croatian Forestry Institute is organizing a conference for early-career forest researchers titled: Conference for the New Generation of Forest Researchers (ForX).

We invite all researchers at the start of their careers whose work relates to forests, trees, and associated ecosystems — engineers, research associates, assistants, senior assistants, postdoctoral fellows, and other early-career colleagues.

The conference will take place on November 13–14, 2025 at the Hotel Princess, Jastrebarsko, Croatia.

Organizers of the conference are: Croatian Forest Research Institute, Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, University of Zagreb, Academy of Forestry Sciences, Croatian Forestry Society, Croatian Chamber of Forestry and Wood Technology Engineers and Croatian forests Ltd.
