Data submission time periods
National Focal of ICP Forests are responsible for data submission.
Large Scale Monitoring (Level I):
2011 Data Submission: 30/09/2011 - 15/12/2011
Intensive Monitoring (Level II/IM1/D1-D3 plots):
2010 Data submission: 01/04/2011 – 31/10/2011
Large Scale Monitoring (Level I):
2012 Data Submission: 15/09/2012 - 15/12/2012
Intensive Monitoring (Level II):
2011 Data submission: 01/04/2012 – 15/09/2012
data submission delayed. We a re asking data providers for a few weeks of patience. In case that for organizational reasons data need to be prepared now, please prepare data in 2009/10 formats, from which there will only be minor deviations.
Presently valid data format specifications
Data forms and explanatory items are commonly defined by the ICP Forests Expert Panels and the Programme Coordinating Centre. Based on the ICP Forests manual they are routinely updated and contain explicit definitions and specifications that need to be applied for data upload.

Previous data format specifications
In general, old data are re-submitted using the latest and currently applicable format specifications. Re-submission in old data formats may be possible in exceptional cases. Please contact the data base administrator.
