The minutes of the 3rd meeting of the heads of the labs in Arcachon, France, June 2011 are now posted on the page of the Working group QA/QC in labs. ICP Forests Executive Report 2011

 

A new executive report entitled FORESTS IN CHANGE has been published by Metla. It is available at www.metla.fi/julkaisut/monitoring

 

FORESTS IN CHANGE is a concise review of the condition of Finnish forests. The majority of the monitoring activities presented in this publication have received funding from the EU/FutMon LIFE+ or the EU/Forest Focus programmes

 

The 3rd meeting of the heads of the labs in Arcachon, France on 16-17 June 2011 was very successful.

62 laboratories from 28 countries want to participate in the 14th Needle and Leaf Interlaboratory Comparison Test. The participation is mandatory for countries which want to submit foliage, litterfall or ground vegetation data from the vegetation period 2011 to the PCC-database in Hamburg.
