Together with 26 participants we had a successful meeting of the heads of the labs in Vienna! The meeting was very well organized by Alfred Fürst and his team. We discussed the results of the last soil, deposition and foliar ring tests and had presentations about the development of ring test results over the last 20 years, ion balances, control charts and the new method code. 13 participants gave presentations about analytical porblems.

Anna Kowalska (Poland) will organize the deposition and soil solution ring tests in the future. Thanks to Kirsti Derome who has done this many years!

The next meeting will take place in Madrid (autum 2017).
