Earlier this year, a group of scientists from our ICP Forests Community discussed the EU proposal for a forest monitoring framework in a position paper published in the journal Forest Ecology and Management (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.foreco.2024.121875).

Based on this article, Stefan Fleck, Arthur Gessler, Marco Ferretti and Michèle Kaennel Dobbertin have produced a short text in German, English and French and made it available on Waldwissen.net.
