The IUFRO WORLD CONGRESS, one of the largest global forest events, will take place in Stockholm in June under the theme Forests and Society Towards 2050. The congress is organized by The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and the City of Stockholm in close collaboration with the Nordic and Baltic partners.

We are pleased that some of the ICP Forests members will participate with presentations and posters and also chair a session on “Nitrogen deposition in a changing climate: Trends and Implications on Forest Ecosystem Services”.

The session will be chaired by our colleagues Nathalie Cools (INBO), Arne Verstraeten (INBO), and Lena Wohlgemuth (Thünen).
