Dear Silvia Ferlazzo,
I am working on a research project at Imperial College London (managed by Dr. Martin Bidartondo), which aims to look at the large-scale diversity, distribution and fate of Europe's forest mycorrhizas. The study proposes data to be collected at over 100 Level II plots across the ICP Forest network, with focus on three dominant European tree species (Scots pine, Norway Spruce and Beech). We hope to carry out sampling campaigns this year at 3-5 nearby plots at a time.
Now I am trying to figure out who I should contact to request permission to get access to the ICP forests sites in Italy and I think this might be you. However, if you are not the right person, I would very much appreciate it if you could help me in the direction of the person that deals with these kinds of requests. Thank you for your time.
